Prof. Chau has over 28-year extensive experience in venture development and investment in the Asian Pacific region. Currently he is the Founding Chairman of QLeap Venture Fund, a venture capital fund mainly investing in Asian early-stage technology ventures; Founder of Pan Asia Venture Development Platform (PAVD); an Honorary Founding Joint Vice Chairman (Finance) of the Asia Entrepreneurship Education Alliance (AEEA), an alliance formed by deans and professors from 24 renowned universities in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore; the Founding Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Angel Network; and a Founding Council member of the Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization. In addition, Professor Chau sits in the Board of several technology ventures and listed companies including the Chinese second largest steel manufacturer, Angang Steel, and property developer, U-Home Group.

Over 20 years experience as a brand and communications expert with a deep consumer and business knowledge that combines both professional and academic experience. She has a breadth of brand experience across a range of business sectors that includes working with multi-national companies such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Nestlé and Danone. She also has extensive experience at launching and developing brands across developed and emerging markets, specifically in Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and Europe.

In 2009, she set up her own consulting company in Hong Kong focused on delivering brand and marketing solutions with specific expertise in brand strategy, consumer research and marketing communications. She currently works with Clients across a range of international and China-based businesses.

Before setting up Suzanne Q Solutions, she worked at multi-national Agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Worldwide and McCann-Erickson.

Previous Professional Experience

Ms. Noorein Inamdar is an Associate Professor of Management (Practice) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Inamdar studies and implements innovative teaching pedagogies for executive development, EMBA and MBA business programs. She has taught classes in organizational leadership, strategic management, global strategy, organizational theory, health care economics, mathematical statistics and econometrics. She has also worked as a faculty advisor for business coaching programs, capstone projects and business plans in the Silicon Valley.

Professor Inamdar has extensive practical business experience across a variety of industries. She was a Silicon Valley engineer and worked for two start-ups, Intel and Bechtel National. She also worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Gemini Consulting and Deloitte Consulting. Professor Inamdar now provides corporate education to various organizations in the areas of strategic management and leadership.
