Establishing his own business has always been Wayne Chan’s ultimate goal though he was trained as a professional engineer. After some thorough research, he concluded that an MBA would be the starting point to achieve his aspiration. As a CUHK alumnus, he has faith not only in his alma mater but also in its MBA Programme as no other local universities offered an entrepreneurship concentration at that time.

An Evening to Remember - Graduation Gala Dinner for Full-Time Students

A non-stop flow of laughter filled every corner of the Graduation Gala Dinner at Kowloon Shangri-la on 6 June 2019 as our full-time MBA students celebrated the completion of their MBA Journey, probably one of the most remarkable milestones in their lives. Their joy and achievements were shared by more than 80 guests including Kalok Chan, Dean of Business School and Professor Andrew Chan, Executive Associate Dean, MBA Programmes.

Great Closing to the 12th CUHK Sustainability Conference!

Venturing into its 12th year, the annual Sustainability Conference has successfully concluded on 6th May 2019. The Conference managed a diverse turnout of industry experts, students, alumni and Faculty, bringing together a total of four(4) panel discussions, two changemakers talk series and two workshops and has invited a pool of industry experts, who were there to share their knowledge and insights. The agenda for the day was full on and multi-faceted. Whilst all attendees shared common interests in ESG, circular economies, sustainable workplaces and green finance, the panels and discussions were innovative, thought-provoking and practical!

The CUHK MBA Recruiters Day was held at the Shatin campus in May with a turnout of over 31 corporate partners and 21 companies. The event is organised to express the gratitude and the School’s appreciation to the continued support of these corporations to the CUHK MBA talents.
