* The above tuition fee is for 2026 intake.

** Student activity fee of HK$10,000 will be collected for running different activities during the study period, including venue booking for residential component of the pre-term course and selected extra-curricular and career development-related activities.
*** Students of the MBA Programmes are required to pay HK$450 caution money as a deposit against any debts incurred to the University. This sum, less any deductions made for outstanding debts, is refunded upon discontinuation of studies at the University. For graduating students, subject to no claim being outstanding, the caution money is converted into a graduation fee, which is payable by all students on completion of their study programmes.

Scholarships and Financial Aids

CUHK MBA offers a wide range of merit-based scholarships to outstanding candidates. Assessment criteria include solid academic and professional achievements, interview performance and potential contributions to cohorts. High-calibre candidates are advised to apply early for scholarships.

In order to qualify for scholarships, awardees should commence their full-time MBA studies at CUHK during the academic year 2026-27.

List of Scholarships

Early Acceptance Scholarship

The first 40 applicants to accept their offer on or before March 31 2026, will receive a scholarship of HK$15,000.

The CUHK MBA Top Talent Scholarship

The CUHK MBA Top Talent Scholarship is awarded to candidates with decent academic performance and professional achievements, personal accomplishments and interview performance in expectation of their likely contributions to the MBA programmes.

No separate application is required. All applicants are considered for this scholarship holistically, based on their profiles and interview performances.

Asian Century Leadership Scholarship
The Asian Century Leadership scholarship is awarded to outstanding professionals who display diverse experience living and working in different countries. Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Extensive international exposure
- Strong academic credentials and outstanding professional experience and achievements
The application to this scholarship is by invitation only from the Admissions Committee.

Entrepreneurial Leader Scholarship

The Entrepreneurial Leader Scholarship is designed for professionals with at least two years of professional experience who have played key roles in the leadership and development of entrepreneurial projects or for candidates who have successful track records in launching their own businesses. CUHK MBA is seeking candidates who think and act in an entrepreneurial manner and have a strong sense of how to put a project or idea into action.

The application to this scholarship is by invitation only from the Admissions Committee.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Scholarship
The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) scholarship is designated for individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical practices. Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Track record of actively contributing in ESG initiatives, or demonstrated a genuine interest and involvement in ESG issues
The application to this scholarship is by invitation only from the Admissions Committee.

Women in Global Business Scholarship

The Women in Global Business Scholarship is for female applicants with at least two years of professional experience in large multinational corporations. CUHK MBA is seeking female leaders with experience in international companies who understand the global business environment and demonstrate passion to succeed in management or leadership positions.

The application to this scholarship is by invitation only from the Admissions Committee.

Scholarship for Merits and Needs

Scholarship for Merits and Needs is for full-time applicants who demonstrate exceptional merits and financial needs.

The application to this scholarship is by invitation only from the Admissions Committee.

Strategic Institutional Partnership Scheme

Strategic Institutional Partnership Scheme aims to work with CUHK MBA’s Strategic Institutional Partners (SIP) to nurture more talents. A grant of HK$10,000 will be offered to each admitted MBA student nominated by authorized executives of the SIP.

How to apply:

Submit a recommendation letter from your Huamn Resource Department or an authorized executive of SIP to mba@cuhk.edu.hk before the issuance of the admission offer.

CUHK Alumni Grant

To support lifelong learning of CUHK and CUHK(SZ) alumni, a grant of HK$20,000 will be awarded to each candidate upon their acceptance into the CUHK MBA programme.

No separate application is required. Alumni should submit their CUHK graduate certificate as proof.

General Notes

Applicants’ eligibility and the amount of scholarships they may receive will be assessed and determined by the CUHK MBA Admissions Committee based on each candidate’s prior academic performance, work experience, potential contributions to the program, and interview performance.

Any scholarship awarded will subsequently be deducted from the successful applicant’s program tuition fees.

Term and Conditions

CUHK MBA programme reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions applied to these scholarships at any time and without prior notice. All amended terms and conditions will be timely published on our website. All decisions related to admissions and scholarships will be subject to the approval and confirmation of the CUHK MBA Programmes Office and are final.

Continuing Education Fund for Hong Kong Residents (CEF)

Hong Kong residents who have the right of abode or the right to land or to remain in Hong Kong without restriction are eligible to apply for the Continuing Education Fund (CEF). The maximum entitlement for each applicant is HK$25,000. For details regarding eligibility and application procedures, please visit CEF website at http://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef/index.htm

CUHK MBA Programmes are listed as a reimbursement course under the Continuing Education Fund.

Extended Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) for Hong Kong Residents
