Guest Lectures by Mr Teddy Liu and Ms June Leung

In the pursuit of leadership excellence, our students were privileged to engage with two exceptional guest speakers in Prof. Wendong Li‘s class. The enlightening sessions, led by Teddy Liu, General Manager of Group Audit and Management Services at New World Development Company Limited, and June Leung, founder and chairperson of Beacon Group, provided a unique perspective on leadership, innovation, and social impact. These extraordinary individuals captivated our students, leaving an indelible mark on their leadership journeys.

Teddy Liu’s extensive experience within New World Development Group provided our students with a holistic understanding of leadership in a dynamic business landscape. His expertise in areas such as finance, audit, talent development, and corporate training emphasized the importance of culture in driving innovation and engaging stakeholders. On the other hand, June Leung’s commitment to education and entrepreneurship showcased the power of social responsibility. Through Beacon Group and the Uplift Educational Charity Foundation, she has transformed lives by providing access to education for those facing socio-economic challenges.
