The Career Management Boot Camp organizes by the Career Development Center is an intensive 3-day workshops designed to raise your bar. It enhances self-awareness and understanding of your leadership styles, team roles and team dynamics through interactive exercises and games. It gives you the first “tasters and challenging teasers” on some contemporary selection assessment simulations; inspires your personal visioning of career goals and plans; and offers indispensable tips on Mastering the Art of the Coffee Chats. A networking evening with recent alumni on Day 3 will wrap up the boot camp with the best memorable sentiments.
