Our company visit to Citi Hong Kong was an insightful experience for our MBAers, providing a deeper understanding of one of the region’s leading financial institutions. With over a century of history, Citi is renowned for its commitment to innovation, exceptional customer service, and global expertise. The visit highlighted how Citi leverages cutting-edge technology and a robust network of branches to offer a comprehensive range of banking and financial services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
During the visit, we had the privilege of hearing from several distinguished leaders at Citi, including Aveline San, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Banking for Citi Hong Kong and Macau; Vicky Kong, Head of Wealth for Asia North and Australia Cluster; Joy Cheng, Head of Citi Commercial Bank for Hong Kong; and Angela Shing, Head of Wealth Continuum & Productivity. Notably, Vicky, Joy, and Angela are all proud alumni of CUHK Business School, which showcases our robust network of business leaders and serves as a testament to our commitment to providing leading business education. The discussions were expertly moderated by Professor Seen Meng Chew, Director of Global Development for MBA Programmes.
