Corporate Governance in China-by Bloomberg L.P. & CUHK

In Late November, our MBA students had the great opportunity to join the co-event on the topic of corporate governance in China. The panel discussion consists of speakers from ESG Analyst from Bloomberg L.P, Senior Economist from ANZ Bank, President of Emerson Asia Pacific as well as the Dean of CUHK Business School. Topics covered current gaps in corporate governance in China, influence of the good/bad corporate governance on the globalization ambitions of Chinese firms and Hong Kong’s role in supporting the development of better corporate governance in China.
