Simon Sinek once said “leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge” – the outgoing Linkedin workshop and seminar delivered by Ms. Teresa Yang fueled our MBAers with empowerments to achieve leadership in different professional realm.

Our LinkedIn Workshop was a remarkable success, offering participants updates on the latest employment market trends in Hong Kong, specifically focusing on finance, innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultural and technology sectors. Attendees gained valuable tips on creating an employer-friendly LinkedIn profile that maximizes networking opportunities. We also explored the benefits of LinkedIn Premium and LinkedIn Learning, empowering our students with the tools to thrive in the digital era.

We were honored to have Ms. Teresa Yang, Vice Chairman of the Esquel Group, as our esteemed guest speaker at the Leadership Seminar. Teresa’s extensive experience in strategic planning and her role as Chairman of the Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel provided our students with valuable insights into leadership and industry dynamics. Her dedication to sustainable development, especially through Integral – Esquel’s sustainable development garden in Guilin, China, served as an inspiration to all.
