Mid-Autumn Reunion & Cultural Activity
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! 🌕 The full moon is the symbol of reunion in Chinese culture. Riding on the celebration of the Moon Festival, we gather our students to celebrate the cultural diversity in the class.
We welcomed exchange students from the University of St. Gallen, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Seoul National University, HEC Paris, Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg University and IE Business School.
The networking activity aims to connect students from around the globe to facilitate cultural exchange and embrace cultural differences through sharing the legend of the Mid-Autumn Festival, exciting quiz competition, mooncake tasting, and understanding the customs of different countries and regions.
Students proactively shared their hometown cultures. Some of them shared how they celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival in Shanghai and Nanjing; Japanese students shared the tradition of Jugoya (十五夜); Indian students shared Diwali and Onam Festival which are to share happiness and blessing and enjoy reunion time with families and friends.
All of the MBA buddies enjoyed the festive reunion. We wish you a great Moon Festival. May the bright moon illuminate your future and bring happiness to you and your family!
