CUHK MBA Spring Study Tour to Tokyo

A group of MBA students joined a four-day spring study tour to Tokyo from March 28 – 31 to understand and explore the business landscapes and developments in Japan.

Students visited four top Japanese corporations including Fast Retailing (which owns UNIQLO), Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), Takeda Pharmaceutical and Sony Corporation.

During the visit at Fast Retailing, students shared their ideas and experiences on business development in the Greater China market. Students also learned about the FinTech development in Japan from MUFG. The company visits enriched students’ horizon on management and company culture in Japan and most importantly, students could take this opportunity to interact with the executives there and to exchange business ideas.
