The Elite Mentorship Programme (EMP), a flagship initiative of the CUHK MBA LEAP experience, is proudly supported by the MBA Alumni Association. The programmeme is designed with the following key objectives:

Firstly, it aims to create a nurturing environment where mentees can benefit from the wisdom and experience of their mentors, who serve as their role models. Through one-on-one mentoring sessions, mentees have the opportunity to gain valuable insights that will empower them to excel in their leadership and personal development.

Moreover, EMP provides mentees with a unique opportunity to leverage the extensive alumni and business network of CUHK MBA. This allows them to tap into a wealth of resources and connections that can significantly enhance their growth opportunities.

Overall, EMP is a transformative programmeme that aims to empower mentees, foster connections, and facilitate students’ intellectual growth and leadership development through the guidance of experienced mentors and the extensive CUHK MBA network.

I was highly doubtful whether I could make it in the technology industry, given my career in the aviation industry as well as my age. Fortunately, my mentor, Mr. Peter Yan, CEO of Cyberport Hong Kong, inspired me to pivot my competencies for the job opportunities I craved. Finally, I landed a job at Microsoft as a support engineer.
