The CUHK MBA is currently partnering with the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris, University of Texas at Austin in US and RSM in the Netherlands in offering Dual Degree MBA programs. The program will equip you with a level of expertise and experience to make you a true authority in your chosen area and position you for long-term career success.

CUHK MBA / HEC Dual MBA Degree Program

This program provides solid business training in a highly international environment by leveraging on each institution’s excellence in management education and by blending the richness and variety of Europe and Asia.

Study Structure Overview

Full-time CUHK MBA students who join the program spend three terms at CUHK to fulfill the core course requirements and any applicable concentration requirements. After that, they fly to HEC Paris to commence the school term in either April or September. By spending approximately 9 months at each business school, students are exposed to the distinct business cultures of both Hong Kong and France, highly diversified student networks and career opportunities facilitated by the career management centers of both schools.

MBA candidates who are studying at HEC in Paris are welcome to apply to the program and come to CUHK upon fulfilling requirements at HEC. For application details, please visit HEC website.

CUHK MBA / University of Texas at Austin Dual MBA Degree Program

CUHK MBA and the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin offer a cooperative program whereby selected students have the opportunity to study at both schools, resulting in the degrees from both.

Application Requirements

  1. Minimum academic requirements for admission to the CUHK MBA/ UT-Austin Dual Degree Program
  2. Score of 660 or above in GMAT
  3. Score of 260 in TOEFL
  4. Three years of relevant work experience

Study Structure Overview

Full-time CUHK MBA students who join the program spend three terms at CUHK to fulfill the core course requirements and any applicable concentration requirements. They then commence a year of study at UT-Austin starting in fall in the following year. It usually takes twelve months to fulfill the course requirements at UT-Austin. Students can choose from a wide range of concentrations to suit their own interests and development paths.

MBA students at the McCombs Business School are also eligible to apply to the program upon fulfilling the requirements at their home school.

CUHK MBA / Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) Dual MBA Degree Program

The CUHK MBA and the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) at Erasmus University in the Netherlands offer a cooperative program whereby selected students have the opportunity to pursue studies at both schools, resulting in MBA degrees from both. The program helps to maximize students’ international exposure through the exploration and application of business concepts in a global context.

Study Structure Overview

Full-time CUHK MBA students who join the program first spend three terms at CUHK to fulfill the core courses requirements and any applicable concentration requirements. They then study at RSM for 6 months. They are usually expected to arrive at RSM during Term 3 (by mid-June). Students can also elect to pursue one of three concentrations—Finance, Marketing or Strategy—during their studies at RSM, which is recognized on their RSM transcript.
